Finca Alzamora
At Finca Alzamora at 1,900 MASL, Germán tends coffee groves in protected microclimates of Tolima. Cupped at 85.00 SCA points by Q Grader Angelica Osorio (1:16 Coffee), his coffee exhibits vibrant citric acidity, a silky body, and alluring nuances of cacao nibs, caramel, orange, chocolate, and honey.

Finca Las Piñas
