The culmination of the natural cycle. The dry parchment husk is gently hulled off in the dry mill to reveal dense, jade-green coffee beans. They undergo screen sizing, gravimetric density tables, and optical sorting to remove defects before being sealed in GrainPro hermetic bags for global shipment to artisan roasters.
