Tolima Mountains & Highland Farms

The starting point: volcanic microclimates & native forests

Tolima Mountains & Highland Farms
1,700 – 2,000 MASL

In the heights of Colombia's Central Andes, coffee trees mature slowly under native canopy shade and pristine water springs.

Story & Technical Discipline

Every extraordinary coffee is born from exceptional geography. In Tolima, between 1,700 and 2,000 meters above sea level, soils enriched with volcanic ash and cool mountain breezes allow sugars to concentrate slowly and deeply inside each cherry. Our partner farms coexist in harmony with protected water reserves and native cloud forests.
