Controlled fermentation, solar canopies & certified Q-Grader cupping

Eco-Beneficio, Solar Drying & Quality Hub
10.5% Moisture • 84+ SCA

Careful depulping, 35-hour extended fermentation, and slow solar canopy drying with strict moisture tracking and SCA scoring.

Story & Technical Discipline

At the wet mill and collection center, the alchemy of specialty coffee unfolds. After depulping with eco-friendly water recirculation, beans undergo controlled fermentation for up to 35 hours to develop bright floral and citric cup profiles. They are then laid out on parabolic solar canopies that shield them from rains while mountain breezes dry them evenly to 10.5%–11.5% moisture. Certified Q-Graders cup every single lot to guarantee scores above 84 SCA points.
