Story & Technical Discipline
At the dry mill, dried parchment is hulled and sorted across densimetric gravity tables into premium screens 16, 17, and 18 (Supremo and Excelso). To protect freshness and prevent humidity changes or oxidation across transit, green coffee is sealed in GrainPro hermetic barrier liners inside traditional jute bags. Quince Tres manages all customs clearances, FNC certificates of origin, and express air or sea freight direct to roasters across North America, Europe, Israel, and Asia.
